Susan Crowdy joined SUNY/CID in 2006 and has held the positions of Program Director for the Promoting Democratic Institutions and Practices in Bangladesh (PRODIP), Project Manager and Program Director for the Legislative Strengthening Program in Jordan, the Project Manager for SUNY/CID’s DFID-funded Legislative Strengthening Program in Kenya and the Separation of Powers Program in Serbia. She currently serves as the Home Office New Business Coordinator. Her areas of expertise include technical programming and financial management with prior experience in both the private sector and academia. She was a visiting Professor at the Social Science Faculty of the National Autonomous University in Mexico City. Ms. Crowdy earned an M.B.A. in financial and strategic management from the University of Washington and a B.A. and Ph.D. (abd) in comparative politics from Brandeis University. She is fluent in Spanish.
