and Governance Consultants for Francophone Africa and MENA
The State University of New York’s
Center for International Development is looking for technical specialists
for upcoming programs is several countries in Africa and the MENA area. Specializations
might include:

Facilitation of meaningful and effective engagement between government, civil
society, and citizens at the national level, particularly in the
areas of policy assessment, policy formulation, advocacy, monitoring,
and development planning
- Facilitation of meaningful and effective engagement between government, civil

planning;
- Facilitation
of processes for development and implementation of a civil service code
of implementation
Applicants
should have advanced degree in political science, public administration or
other related discipline, five to ten years minimum experience in the field
serving as technical consultant or advisor, and experience working for USAID-funded
projects in this region.
